We look forward to welcoming our New Year 7 students in September 2016.

We understand that the Transition from Year 6 to Year 7 can be a major turning point in a student's life and education.

At WELLACRE our commitment to your son's learning begins before September and we provide a number of early opportunities for parents and students to both experience and enjoy our learning environment in advance.

We believe our events offer a perfect introduction to school life, our core values and expectations, helping to make the changeover as welcome as possible.

Our Transition Events are held in June and July and we encourage attendance wherever possible.

Thursday 23rd June – 6.00pm to 7.00pm

Year 6 Parents Evening where you can meet our Year 7 team. During a tour of our school and facilities you will be given an overview of our curriculum and an introduction to our pastoral support. We encourage questions and discussion.

Thursday 7th July – 8.40am to 3.00pm

Year 6 Taster day for students. During their visit our new Year 7 students will experience daily life at WELLACRE. They will meet with their student council representatives and will be given ample opportunity to share their questions and to make new friends. The day will begin at 8.40am and conclude at 3.00pm.
