Primary Transition with Dance Manchester

WELLACRE happily welcomed over 60 excited, new and smiling Primary students from Acre Hall and St Mary’s Primary Schools.

Our guests took part in either a Dance or Computer Coding learning session, provided by Helen Andrew of Dance Manchester and Mr. Casey, Leader of Transition and Teacher of Computing, WELLACRE. These sessions were designed to give an exciting introduction to these subjects and offered another fantastic opportunity for our local Primary students to acclimatise themselves to a new school environment whilst becoming part of our learning community.

We would like to thank all who helped to organise our learning sessions and to both students and staff at Acre Hall and ST Mary’s Primary Schools. We look forward to more fun filled Transition events
