WELLACRE Executive Student Council

WELLACRE Executive Student Council
In response to our Careers Month, members of the WELLACRE Executive Student Council invited Police Officers and Police Community Support Officers of the Greater Manchester Police (GMP) to their half termly meeting.
During the hour long discussion our students gained a greater appreciation of:
Bike and Road Safety
Police Cadets
Police Careers
As a result of the meeting, WELLACRE Executive Student Council and GMP are now working together to plan and deliver community projects during 2016.
Our first project will be a local litter pick during the Spring term 2016.
"We would like to thank the Officers for offering their support, and helping us develop our community links. We look forward to welcoming them to our next Council meeting and discussing our projects and shared values further."
