Safer Internet Day

Wellacre supports national Safer Internet Day
Wellacre supported Safer Internet Day last term to encourage students to play their part in building a better internet.
The campaign’s mission this year is “Create, connect and share respect: a better internet starts with you.”
Wellacre’s Computing students participated in ‘Digital Dilemmas’ which asked them to think about situations in which young people can feel pressure online.
There were a series of learning activities as well as lively, open discussions, with students suggesting resolutions and advice to address issues faced by young people online.
